Accessible Information and Reasonable Adjustments
At Aurelium Health, we want everyone to be able to access our services and information.
If you have any accessibility, communication or information needs, please let us know when arranging your appointment or contact us before your appointment. We will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to support your individual needs.
Information can be provided in an alternative format where required, which may include large print, Easy Read, or other appropriate formats.
If you require an interpreter or translated information because English is not your preferred language, please let us know in advance. We have access to an interpreting and translation service, including British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting support, and will arrange appropriate assistance where required. We can also consider other reasonable adjustments relating to mobility, hearing, vision, communication or other individual requirements.
Please contact Aurelium Health if you require any support or have any questions about accessibility. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis; please simply tell us what support you require.
